Fragments That Remain

Exploring the journey through displacement, trauma and loss, to recovery and reconnection, Jennie’s work began with a desire to understand the life of her mother, a Polish baby abandoned in the UK in 1943.

From Generation to Generation

Focusing on Polish exiles based primarily in the North East town of Fraserburgh, Jennie worked with their descendants, creating a record of their histories, highlighting their successful assimilation and the incredible contribution made to the country which gave them a home.

Do You Know My Name?

After uncovering her family’s incalculable losses during the Holocaust, Jennie began to look at the issues faced by Jewish people today. This project recieved the B.P Highly Commended Award in 2019
